Requirements
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Must possess relevant HR certification.
A member of IHRM
At least 1- 2 years of recruiting-related experience in high-volume and multi-location hiring setup.
Understanding of Kenya labor practices.
Experience with various web-based Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
Familiar with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Click Up, Slack, Zoom, and other similar programs.
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, process, and document information.
High EQ (emotional intelligence) and CQ (cultural intelligence).
